The YouFra International Gathering will take place in Săo Joăo Del Rey, July 19-22, 2013. After our gathering, we will join the celebration of WYD in Rio de Janeiro, July 23-28, 2013.

El XV Congreso Nacional Electivo de la Juventud Franciscana de Brasil, en la ciudad de Santa Maria (RS), elegido como Secretario Ingrid maranhense Mayara Fraternal Nacional para el trienio 2013-2016. Mayara nace en la ciudad de Poções de Pedra (MA), pero reside actualmente en la ciudad de Uberlândia (MG), donde estudia doctorado en Genética y Bioquímica de la Universidad Federal de Uberlândia. En su hoja de vida, fue subsecretario del Área Noreste A y doméstico (2007-2010) de la Subsecretaría Nacional de Educación (2010-2013). Profesa la Fraternidad de la Orden Franciscana Seglar en la ciudad de Uberlândia.

III CENTRAL AMERICAN YOUFRA MEETING 2013

On January 11-12-13, 2013, in Managua, Nicaragua, took place the 3rd Meeting of Central American YouFra. The 95 participants from Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Dominican Republic, joined under the slogan Living faith Youfrans straight to find with Lord, perfect joy.

50TH ANNIVERSARY OF YOUFRA COSTA RICA

On Sunday the 9th of September of 2012, in the Convent of the Capuchin Friars Minor in Cartago, the national fraternity of YouFra Costa Rica got together to celebrate its 50 years of presence in our country. The 2nd of August of 1962 was chosen as the symbolic date, because in that year, the first fraternity of brothers started walking this path in Cartago, hand by hand with the Capuchin Friars Minor.

THE FRANCISCAN YOUTH OF VENEZUELA CELEBRATED ITS 35TH NATIONAL MEETING

The celebration of the 50th anniversary of YouFra Venezuela

Joy, happiness and enthusiasm overflowed in the 35th National Meeting of the Venezuela Franciscan Youth (YouFra), in which many young men and women from the different regions of this country got together in "San Antonio de Los Altos", state of Miranda, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of YouFra in our national territory.

BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA – YOUFRA'S 20TH ANNIVERSARY AND THE 1ST NATIONAL YOUFRA MEETING

National Fraternity of YouFra in Bosnia and Herzegovina celebrated its 20^th birthday. Celebration took place in Humac (Ljubuški) from June 29^th until July 1^st, 2012. This was also the First National YouFra Meeting in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This celebration attended more than 650 young Franciscans from 54 local fraternities and their spiritual assistants. Fr. Ivan Matić (General Spiritual Assistant for OFS and YouFra) together with Ana Fruk (International YouFra Coordinator) and members of Croatian National fraternity joined us in this celebration.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY YOUFRA CROATIA!

The Croatian National Fraternity of YouFra was celebrating its 20th birthday – 20 years of existence in Croatia. On Saturday (2nd of June, 2012) at the sanctuary of Holy Mary and the Franciscan Monastery of Trsat (city of Rijeka), a large celebration took place.
