Dear Brothers and Sisters.

Peace and Good!

Since the I International Youfra Assembly is now only a few months away, we are writing to send you additional details on the event. We would also like to encourage those Fraternities who have not yet replied, or those who think it will not be possible to attend, to try to find a way to be present.

The venue of the Assembly will be:

The main meeting point of participants will be the airport of Barcelona, but there are another two airports nearby where low cost airlines land: Reus and Girona. To help us make necessary arrangements, you are kindly requested to let us know your flight details by 15^th May: airport, time of arrival and flight number.

If participants arrive before 28^th June or leave after 5^th July, we will do our best to find accommodation for them, although we cannot guarantee transportation to and from the airport and will we not be able to take care of living expenses.

We will be able to accept registration (you will find the form attached hereto) and requests for handling of visas up to 15^th May. Regarding visas, we recommend that you send us your data as soon as possible so as to avoid last minute refusals by Embassies and facilitate your presence at the Assembly.

The programme is attached to this letter. One of the main goals of this Assembly is to establish standard criteria for Youfra and to improve international coordination. Accordingly, please bring the following material with you:

Furthermore during the Assembly there will be the opportunity to make proposals regarding the standardization of Youfra criteria, improvement of international coordination and efficient reciprocal collaboration.

All proposals must reach us before 15^th May.
